Billing
Billing, plainly.
A household assistant holds things that matter. So the rules about money are written to protect your family's information first.
Does my partner need their own subscription?
No. One plan covers the whole household. Others can receive things from Handled, like a handoff brief, without an account.
What if my card is declined?
Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update it. We tell you about the card. Nothing switches off.
What happens if I cancel?
Your household stays readable for 90 days so you can download it. Then it's deleted on the date we give you. Come back before then and everything is where you left it.
Will the price change when the App Store version ships?
Your household moves over with you. We'll tell you well ahead of any change to what you pay.
Are there ads or data deals that keep the price down?
No. Your subscription is the only way Handled makes money.
