The AI household assistant

It connects the dots, so you don't have to.

Handled remembers everything about your household and works out what it means for tomorrow. Then it brings you the answer on your lock screen, ready for one tap.

Remembering Ivy's week…

Somebody in your house is holding all of it.

The form in the backpack. The tights in the wash. Which kid can't have nuts, when the dog's booster is due, what you gave at last year's birthday. None of it is hard. All of it has to be remembered, by someone, every day.

Most apps give that person another list to keep. Handled keeps it for them, and brings back only the part that needs doing next.

How it works

Tell it once. It remembers, gets ahead, and asks before it acts.

  1. 1

    Tell it, or snap it

Say it in a sentence, photograph the permission slip, or share a link. That's the whole setup.

  2. 2

    It remembers your household

People, schools, routines, allergies, decisions you've made. You never explain your family twice.

  3. 3

    It gets there first

It works out what’s coming and what it needs from you, then picks a sensible moment to say so.

  4. 4

    You tap yes

Approve from the lock screen, or say not now. Nothing is sent, booked or bought without you.

Monday

You snap the permission slip.

It came home in Theo's backpack. You take one photo, and the paper can go in the recycling.

Built for the lock screen

A calendar tells you what's happening. Handled tells you what to do about it.

Most of Handled happens without opening it. A briefing arrives the evening before and again that morning, each one covering the whole day. When something needs your decision, the decision comes with it.

  • One note per window. Not a countdown for every event.
  • Approve or decline in place. The card updates to show what happened.
  • Nothing tomorrow, nothing sent. A quiet evening stays quiet.
  • Private by default. Health details never show on a locked phone.

What it does

One assistant for everything your household has to remember.

What's Coming

Live

One view of everything ahead: school forms, appointments due, birthdays, home upkeep, return windows. By week or by month, so the busy days show up early.

Evening and morning briefings

Live

Two notes a day at most, each covering the whole day and leading with what needs doing. If nothing's on, nothing arrives.

Snap it, forward it, forget it

Coming soon

Photograph the permission slip or the party invite. Handled pulls out the dates, costs and to-dos and files them where they belong.

Meals that already know

Live

Weekly plans shaped around who eats what, what’s safe for each person, and which nights are rushed. Approve it and the grocery list writes itself.

A careful health vault

Coming soon

Allergies, medications and records, stored only after you confirm them and never shown on a locked screen. It organizes. It doesn't diagnose.

The handoff brief

Coming soon

Going away? One tap makes a page for the sitter or grandparent: allergies, bedtimes, contacts, what’s for dinner, where things are.

Trust

An assistant you don't have to check up on.

Nothing happens without your yes

Handled prepares; you decide. It can't claim it did something it didn't, because you're the one who tapped.

Every nudge explains itself

Tap "Why this?" on any notification to see what it knew and where it learned it.

Safety facts wait for you

An allergy or medication is never stored on a guess. Handled asks you to confirm it first, every time.

What we will never do with your family's information

We don't sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. There is no advertising in Handled. Your household's information is not a product and will not become one.

We do advertise Handled itself, and this website carries the ordinary marketing tools that takes. Those see visits to these pages and nothing from inside your account — not a name, not an allergy, not a medical note. The privacy policy draws that line exactly.

You can see everything it knows, in plain language, on one screen, and delete any of it or all of it whenever you like. Deleting means deleted, not hidden.

Get it on your phone

No App Store needed. Yet.

Handled installs from your browser in under a minute, and its notifications reach your lock screen like any app's. The App Store version is in progress. When it ships, your household comes with you.

  1. Step 1
    Open handledassistant.com
In Safari on iPhone, or Chrome on Android.
  2. Step 2
    Add to Home Screen
Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap Install.
  3. Step 3
    Tell it about your household
A few sentences is enough. It asks about notifications once it has something worth telling you.
